TFII acquires majority stake in Hreinsitækni

TFII, a new private equity fund managed by Icelandic Securities, has acquired majority of the shares in Hreinsitækni ehf. and the Icelandic Competition Authority has approved the acquistion. Some of the group of sellers will remain shareholders in Hreinsitækni and continue to work with the company and the new owner. 

Arctica was TFII‘s lead advisor in the transaction.
