The public share offering of Fly Play hf. commenced at 10:00 on Tuesday, 9 April 2024, and will conclude on Thursday, 11 April 2024 at 16:00.

Up to 111,111,112 new shares issued by PLAY will be offered for purchase at a subscription price of ISK 4.5 per share, equivalent to up to ISK 500 million in total. To promote shareholder equality, current shareholders, other than those who have already subscribed for new shares, will have priority for subscription in case of oversubscription.
Bids will be accepted during the offering period through the Arctica Finance subscription website, www.arctica.is/play-utbod. A link to the subscription website will also be available on the websites of PLAY and Fossar Investment Bank.
The summarized results of the offering are expected to be announced publicly on April 11, 2024, and allocation results will be communicated to subscribers no later than 15 April 2024. The final due date for payment is expected to be on Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
