Arctica Finance hf. managed the sale of a new bond series called KALD 201228 issued by Kaldalón hf.
Kaldalón hf. sold ISK 1,500m nominal at a yield of 8.35%.
The bond has a fixed annual interest rate of 8.30%. Interest is paid semi-annually, and the principal is repaid in a single payment at maturity. The series is secured under a general collateral arrangement and will be listed on the Nasdaq Iceland Main Market.
