Viad Corp., a listed international experiential service company, has acquired a majority stake in Esja Attractions. Esja Attraction holds the FlyOver Iceland project, which provides guests with an exhilarating virtual flight experience over some of Iceland's most spectacular scenery and natural wonders.
The show will be located at Fiskislóð in Reykjavík. Esja Attractions´ financial advisor in the transaction was Arctica Finance.
