The Competition Authority has approved Nordic Visitor hf.'s acquisition of the travel agency Terra Nova Sól hf. from a subsidiary of Arion Bank. Nordic Visitor hf. has also completed its due diligence on Terra Nova Sól hf., and thus the conditions of the purchase agreement have been fulfilled.
Arctica Finance's Corporate Finance division advised the buyer, and Arion Bank's Arctica Finance's Corporate Finance division advised the seller.
