ORF Genetics secures EUR 5 million in equity financing

ORF Genetics has completed an EUR 5 million equity financing round, with participation from both new and existing shareholders. ORF produces specialized proteins in barley plants, which are a key component in the production of cultivated meat. Cultivated meat production has advanced rapidly over the past decade, and ORF has developed its MESOKINE line of growth factors, tailored to the needs of the cultivated meat producers. ORF‘s growth factors are trusted by leading players in the cultivated meat market.

Arctica Finance managed Kaldalón ’s bond issuance

Arctica Finance hf. managed the sale of a new bond series called KALD 201228 issued by Kaldalón hf. Kaldalón sold ISK 1,500m nominal at a yield of 8.35%.

Arctica Finance Financial Advisor to the Pension Funds in the Settlement for HFF Bonds

Proposals for amendments to the terms of the HFF bonds, issued by IL Fund, were approved by bondholder meetings on April 10th and the conditions for settlement was approved by the Icelandic Parliament on June 3rd. Arctica Finance has been involved in the project since October 2022, when the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs published a report on the status of the IL Fund. Over the past year, Arctica Finance has been part of the negotiation committee that developed the proposals presented in March 2025
